“If I were rating the customer service instead of the product I would've given 5 stars. However, this review is solely an honest take on my initial experience with the product. The product is not what was advertised. It seems as if they have changed the picture to actual size on the website and deal sites, but when I made my purchase the product appeared as regular sized, not mini sized bottles. I highly urge this business to put the ounces that each bottle contains in the description, and completely avoid advertising with images that do not properly portray the product. As for taste, I think the product is somewhat flavorless and tastes primarily like water. If I were not a huge fan of water I would probably be completely disgusted with this product. Overall, I am pretty disappointed with the Skinny Elixir.”

“The first shipment I ordered did not arrive frozen, I emailed and another was sent out. Never once did I get a response to the email I sent. Thought that was unprofessional. The second shipment showed up with just a portion of the order frozen.”

“The juice arrived defrosted the first time and I got a replacement. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting a new shipment to me. The juice arrived frozen the second time which was awesome. The red juice was fine tasting however the green juice made gag it was so gross. I was very disappointed in the product. Also your images do not match the actual product I found that very annoying.”

“I am very disappointed with the product. The bottles are smaller than pictured, the juices are mostly water, and they don't taste good. Especially the berry juice. The berry "juice" is like water with stuff floating in it with hardly any flavor.”

“Hi, I'm sorry for the low rating. I ordered the Skinny Elixir 30-day pack (half berry flavored and half greens), and while I am moderately satisfied with the berry flavor, I could not be less satisfied with the greens. I think I may be allergic to an ingredient in the green flavor, because every time I have tried to drink it, I have immediately gagged or thrown up. The green flavor has been absolutely undrinkable, and I have gotten sick from it numerous times.”

“The cleanse was great! Not all of the juices tasted the greatest but if you are really looking to cleanse your body and get on track towards a healthy lifestyle this is perfect for you! I had my doubts going into the cleanse but I was very happy with the results!”

“After I placed my order i emailed raw generation asking them if possible to have it sent to me on a certain day because I didn't want to start my juice cleanse yet till then and someone quickly replied me by the next day saying that it would not be a problem which I really appreciated. But 15 minutes later I recieved an email again but this time telling me my order has now shipped.. So I emailed them again asking what is the deal? Has my order shipped or not cause someone told me my order would ship later on my desired date and I tried to use the tracking they provided and it did not work. And as of now it's been 2 weeks since I contacted them and no one has gotten back to me yet and I still haven't recieved my juice either. This is the third time I've ordered from raw generation and the previous times everything was fine but this time I'm very disappointed.”
