“Customer service was AWESOME! Only issue for me was the flavors of the juices themselves, only about half of them could I stomach, so I feel there is a lot of wasted money as I will be dumping quite a few bottles.”

“Raw Generation offers a wonderful delivery service of juice cleanses. I love the option of having juices delivered directly to my home. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The only downside, is the misleading advertisements for the size of the juices. Nowhere in the Skinny Cleasne, is it listed that the bottles at 12 ounces each, not 16 ounces.”

Hi there, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We made this change over a year ago, and it was up on the website for quite some time about the new change. The change was made for a number of reasons in order to keep our customers happy. We were receiving complains of the sugar and calorie intake with the 16oz bottles, so in order to revamp the recipe and have it have less sugar and calories, yet still keep the same great taste, we did have to reduce the size. As I had noted before, the change was notated on the website for a while when we first did the change over a year ago and is still on the pictures of the bottles with the labels reading 12 fl oz. You said we had offered you a complimentary 6 pack, which we had sent out to you as quickly as we could have, I apologize for the delay in receiving it. If you would like us to send you some complimentary juices of your favorite flavors we would be more than happy to do so. “They came as soon as it said it would be delivered ! As well the juices so far tast really amazing and fresh though the amount of sugar in them freaked me out but hey its better then what I usually consume. Overall packaging and delivery were fine my juices were all still frozen when it got delivered to my door. Results arent in yet because I just started my cleanse ! DAY 2”

“Doing the protein cleanse. Juices are very delicious. My favorite is carrot/orange/ginger and cashew/date/vanilla/ cinnamon. I wish they didn't have so many carbs. 3 day started feeling very weak when I got up in the morning. All and all, would recommend”

“The Juice was very tasty, and Customer Service was awesome when I contacted them regarding a refund because of the Groupon code. I also received my Juice really fast and was able to start the cleanse immediately. I feel great, my skin looks wonderful. Thank you, Vista C. Guyton”

“Hello! I have not yet tasted your juices. BUT I had to say something about your packaging which is SO good. We couldnt receive the package in time. We were not home when it was delivered, and the doorman leaves by 7pm, so the package actually had to wait in the building for more than 16-17 hours. Even then, by the time we got it, the bottles were STILL frozen. Thank you!!”

“I found these juices not to be as filling or as tasteful as other brands. I won't reorder because when I juice I like to have more satiety. I finished all 5 before 4 pm and was still left hungry. Overall they are very watery in consistency. I prefer a slightly thicker drink not a smoothie but not watered.”

“Over all I am happy about the product my two concerns and would like to know about how much filtered water % is added to the juice? And would like to know if you offer an organic raw generation nice?”

Hi there, we do add about 3% water to the juice just for flavor's sake, the natural sugars of the produce make the juice a little too sweet so we have to add a bit of water. The produce is not certified organic, however, everything is locally grown in a chemical free facility. There are no pesticides or hazardous chemicals used in the growing or cleaning process of our produce.

“I'm on the second day of my juice/fast and enjoying the product. Energy levels are good and there is plenty of supply for the day. The product arrived as expected and I was pleased with Saturday delivery. I have to say though that I almost didn't order the product after speaking with customer service. I received an email alerting me that the RG 75% off sale had been continued an extra day. It was the motivation I needed to call, but the woman I spoke to was very curt and told me the sale was no longer available. When I gave her the day and time I received the email, apparently she 'checked' and said, something to the effect of "Oh yeah, it is still available." As rude as she sounded initially, I guess I expected something along the lines of "I'm sorry sir. I was mistaken. May I help you. Bottom line, product is good. Delivery went smoothly, but customer service is in desperate need of professional training and dealing with the customer. Given that I'm all about the latter, I'm not sure at this point about reordering. Thank you for the opportunity to share.”

“The quality and flavor of the juices is great - all were delicious and refreshing! My only negative is that due to the way it was packaged my juices did not arrive full. Since this was my only source of energy for the cleanse I would like to get the full bottle!”
