“I did the protein juice cleanse. All juices were good minus the hemp one. The texture was too much for my liking.”

“I did my research prior to purchasing the Raw Generation Skinny Cleanse. I saw poor reviews regarding customer service and mixed reviews regarding the juices. However I was crossing my fingers and hoping for a good result. I submitted my order and emailed to notify when I wanted to receive my juices, I got a quick email response during regular business hours. I was notified when my package was sent and it arrived quickly. The juices were fairly tasty. Overall, I will say I had a good experience with Raw Generation. I appreciate the pamphlet provided regarding modifying a cleanse however I wish there was a bit more information on how to ease back into food once done with the cleanse. I also liked the labels as it was a bit encouraging to keep with the juice cleanse during rough moments.”

“I order the skinny cleanse approx every 4 months. I have been getting the juices for almost 2 years. They are very tasty and I love them! I only wish I could do the protein cleanse but I am allergic to all things coconut so no slim and trim for me lol”

“Product came in promptly. However, it was delivered to the wrong building again. I've noted this in my past correspondence to Raw Generation, as well as letting FedEx know about this. However, it doesn't seem to be resolved yet.”

Hi Emily, I apologize for any inconvenience. My suggestion would be to contact FedEx once you have your tracking number and tell them specific directions for the package.

“Loved the juices, but having a thyroid condition, There a certain veggies your not suppose to juice, Kale or collards, so it would be nice to have an option for them, like spinach. And shipping is a killer....won't be ordering anymore, unless that changes. :(”

Hi there, unfortunately, our recipes will not change, however, we are more than happy to substitute flavors you do not like or can't have with others that you do like and can have :) I would also like to let you know that we do have free shipping options on Amazon, where our products are sold for one set price (45-55% off depending on the product) and free shipping no matter where you are located.

“The first day of the cleanse was a little rough for me. Once I got past it the other four days were a breeze. I would definitely do the cleanse again, but suggest that there be an option to pick the juices and quantity. I like the variety, but may not want a particular juice.”

“Great cleanse! Most everything tastes fabulous! I had great results, the only thing is I was excited when alot of people said they had amazing energy. I'm not sure if I had energy since I had killer headaches the whole time and only wanted to sleep.”

Hi Katy! We do apologize for the pricey shipping! Especially shipping to Colorado, where you are, is expensive! I wanted to let you know that we do sell the product on Amazon as well, for a set price with free shipping no matter where you are located! Being that you are in Colorado, I think ordering off of Amazon would be cheaper for you! We hope you have an amazing holiday!

“So far I love the juices! I’m on day three and although i haven’t weighed myself yet i have dropped a lot of inches! The taste is much better than I expected.... I will be ordering more soon to help with my diet. The only downfall is the shipping is ridiculous! $33!”

Hi there, unfortunately, the shipping is pricey because it is a perishable item, it is frozen, it is shipped in a specially designed insulated box, and the package is very heavy. We do have free shipping options available on Amazon.com. Depending on where you live and what your shipping comes to it may be cheaper to order on Amazon in the future. :)

“This was my attempt at a juice cleanse. Raw was definitely a great choice to begin with. The package arrived within a couple days frozen inside a styrofoam container. The juice did take longer than expected to thaw however. I was able to start the cleanse a day after I received the package. All the flavors were very tasty except for the protein coconut vanilla(I just really dislike coconut). I was pretty satisfied from drinking just 5 of the 6 juices. I did find myself really wanting to just chew on something. So, I nibbled on veggies and fruit when the urge was unbearable. In all I was able to drop 7 pounds in those three days. I feel great and may do another one next month. This product is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great 3 day juice cleanse that will leave you satisfied after each day.”
