“If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a new dongle for my mouse with expedited shipping in hopes it would get here faster. What I received was an empty box and a company that wasn’t willing to issue me a refund or send me a new product. My assumption is that they thought I was scamming them. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still don’t have the mouse dongle or my money so I can’t even go buy a new mouse. Seriously disappointing. I’ll make sure people know they’re willing to rip you off for their bottom line.”
“Do not buy razer products, they have the worst customer service ever! I bought a 350$ mouse and the dongle fell apart after 6 months, the customer service declined a part replacement stating that the usb dongle was not part of the mouse, therefore not covered!

“Their products have a very short life cycle given their price. I have both a mouse and keyboard that ceased to work properly only after 1 year of use. Their customer support is extremely poor as well, with little or no help being provided. I will never buy from this brand again, and I strongly recommend you not to buy from them.”
“I contacted support and the gentleman was working with me and offered to send out a replacement for a scroll wheel issue. He asked if I blew it out with canned air, so I tried and it seemed to fix it. Fast forward a month and the problem has gotten worse. I reach out to Razer again to get it replaced and this time they tell me they can't because Best Buy is not an authorized seller. Either you stand behind your product or you know its junk. Well I guess Razor thinks theirs is junk.”
“A word of caution to anyone ordering things from Razer. Avoid it. There is a reason their reputation is terrible on the BBB page. Ordered a chair and head pillow from them. After multiple conversations with their customer service reps, and being told each time that I would get an answer in 2-3 business days. They just up and cancelled my order because "our fulfillment was not able to ship or fulfil the order." Instead of them being honest with me the first couple times I tried to find out what was going on, they lied to me, strung me along, got my hopes up, then trashed them all in one go. As a medically retired US Army veteran who deals with back pain, I need a comfortable chair that helps with it. The chair I currently have is getting old and I decided, in my incredible wisdom, that I would trust Razer and spend a little extra money on what I was told was a good chair option. I have 0 faith in the company or its lying customer service representatives at this point. Apparently if you aren't a big name streamer or product reviewer they could care less about you. When I order something I expect to receive what I ordered, not suddenly be told that it can't be fulfilled after a month of no updates whatsoever. If it wasn't in stock, your website should have told me that to start with. If it was on backorder then you should have told me that. I even ignored the fact that the same chair I ordered suddenly went on sale this week after I've been waiting for a month.”
