Amazing effort.
Apologies about that however with Maestro there are restrictions in the ability to deliver based on the design of the courseware released by the vendor Check Point. This limitation is outside our control and yes agreed it would be preferable if we could allow more students more days access like other courses. If this sound OK, I'll ask your Account Manager to approach you separately to this and coordinate a couple more days of free Maestro Lab Access that's convenient for you in the future, which will allow you more time to practice. Other than that I hope you enjoyed the course and would love you to come back soon. Thanks for supporting Red Education, and wishing you every success in the future.

Thank You. Yes, it is hard to cover everything however the duration is set by the vendor and outside our control. However, thanks for your feedback, appreciated it.
Recently completed the CCSE module which was held online. The course was interesting and it was valuable education. I'd like to see the labs in the workbook reviewed as there were errors that can throw you off. I struggled to keep up with the pace of the labs, but that's just me. I'd also like to see more pictures of the environment to help step you through the lab. I felt that the author took the easy way out in some instances, gave details of the 'simple' tasks and skimmed over complex tasks. This is my opinion only.

Hi Philip, Pleased you saw value in the training. Always appreciate good feedback. I'll pass your comments across on the Courseware manuals as we don't control that aspect of the delivery. Course Topic were just explained orally reading the PPT. LABS were not accurately giving output. Trainer was good but we have to question for practical explanation. Course topic were not worthy to get much knowledge. so nonexperience person would not get all tshoot understanding.

Regarding the last training Check Point CCSA Training, the remote lab is quite a disturbance. Some of the machines are not well functioning making some of the students left behind.

Trainer had a good knowledge but it was difficult to understand all topic on time. So sample labs should have been shown to understand better

Hi Roopini Just getting back to you again. I've escalated it and the feedback is as it was a Forgerock course you attended all the labs and courseware sit with them. ForgeRock is currently reviewing the content of this course and is in the process of upgrading it. So it's our belief that shortly the materials will be updated and improved. We hope the next one you sit will reflect an improved outcome. Appreciate your input.
The teacher was good. HOWEVER, LAB environment was very poor. LAB had license issues and poor performance. As a result, I wasted a lot of time.

Trainer must have covered the basic about prisma and the requirement of this. he did not even touch the SDWAN feature as well. Reason being, most of the guys were new in this.

Really great instructor who knew a lot about the product. It was let down a bit at times by the documentation provided as it was vague and missing details. The online infra that was provided was slow and difficult to work with. Having said that I did get a lot out of the training though, it was just a little frustrating having to also deal with the documentation and infrastructure.

The course was really comprehensive with a lot of information. The instructor was really knowledgeable and was able to provide a lot of guidance. The application that was running the online labs was slow though and un responsive at times which was frustrating. I also didn't like that we weren't able to keep the documentation provided during the course(The course cost enough, why the hell is it not ours?)

We've looked into this and the Labs aren't hosted by ourselves and the Vendor doesn't allow full access to the content because of the risk posed by Grey Market trainers however we have escalated your concerns across to them to see if we can get them to internally review both speed and policy. Not much we can control from our end and my apologies that the experience wasn't a premium experience
Dear Team, The trainer is very good but only one thing that would make the training hectic is 9 hours class contentious for 3 days.It should be 4 hours so student could give more attention and energetic.

Thanks, Yogesh appreciate the feeback. It's always difficult to cater for this specialist training as the vendors who create the content which we deliver is built around a per-day training schedule, the businesses we support also don't wish to extend the training for the employees and wish them back at work ASAP, also the instructors time is valuable and usually don't wish to be paid for half-day deliveries. This impacts their income when booked in four-hour blocks per day. My apologies for the intensive training schedules however we do have a few issues when trying to do hourly block training and isn't conducive to the content we deliver in these circumstances. However, we really appreciate all feedback and thank you. Perhaps in the future, we can consider this on some of the less technical training pieces we do in the future.

Remote learning via zoom, good content and instructor however the labs let the course down, a myriad of things didn't work and made the course rushed to catchup with many hours spent after the course to try correct to no avail
