Need to at least segregate students who are new to the product with the ones who are experienced. The labs should be available for a longer period of time like a month or so atleast.

Thank you for your feedback! We value your opinion and appreciate that you've taken the time to review us. Yes, it is frustrating when inexperienced students attend; we do stress a minimum of prerequisites prior to attending, but some students take these on when they are clearly inexperienced. It's impossible for us to police everyone if they overestimate their capabilities. Lab usage is an extremely expensive option to allow free use for thirty days for all students. We'd love to do it, however, as we train thousands of students, this would restrict our student number as there are only so many labs you can build at any one time, and commercially, the costs would be exorbitant, with students unwilling to spend anymore. Unfortunately, commercially, this isn't an option, even though we'd love to do it. Red Education accounts team does not frequently communicate. Offerings in Cloud, Virtualization domain is higher than other providers. They don't look up to the opportunities available & do what is available with them.

Trainer should be from the same time zone. Should use annotation and explain more in details not just read the slide. Training labs are not the latest one.

I'm sorry, this is something we can't change as this sits with Check Point and we've already asked. However I hope you enjoyed the overall experience and couldn't fault the trainer and onboarding experience. Hope to see you back for further Infinity Classes in the future. I would not recommend this course as is poorly done by Check Point. Labs did not work. The instructor was fine. Also not a fan of the Kortext system for the class documentation

Training was excellent. But the other process with certification voucher etc was very poor. Voucher was provided with absolutely no clarity in taking the exam.

Experience was good but the time alloted for lab access was very short. Also, the theory lectures were a little too rushed through very fast. The time provided within lectures to implement labs was appropriate.

The sales team or Red education should have done due diligence and advised courses based on the skill, previous trainings. We have been working on Palo Alto for few years now and have taken few courses, including the troubleshooting, however looks like we are going backwards with the learning path.

We apologise for the inconvenience. I've done an investigation to understand the root cause of this situation. It appears that we didn't have any understanding of your previous experience as your initial nomination and details were provided via a third party, over which we have no control. Now that we are aware of this, we will escalate it internally next week to try and fix this process. You are absolutely correct; it makes no sense to take you back to the beginning course. If we had had full control over your process from the start, which is our normal process, this would have been flagged immediately. Please accept my apologies; however, thank you for bringing this to my attention. We hope to address this issue to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Thank you for your patience.
