I would love to leave a good review about the boots that i have ordered but i still have not received them. I received an incorrect pair 1 day after ordering which i returned that day. They were collected the next day 4th May and i have not received the correct pair yet.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! RETURN PROCESS IS HORRIBLE!!! IT COSTS 3 TIMES THE PRICE TO RETURN!!! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered some Fitflops and a different, older style was sent. I was told that I could return them at my cost or accept a 15% discount to keep the wrong shoes. A free return label should have been offered at the very least. o attempt was made to supply me with the correct pair. So be warned that you could order one type of shoe and receive another.

Ordered tan solillas in a size 8 and tried one on and it fit perfectly but unfortunately when I went to try the other one on was to small on inspection it was a size 6. Can't fault customer services they were apologetic and issued a refund as unfortunately no more size 8 in stock so was gutted.

My shoes were sent to Beijing instrad of Hong Kong, and I don't have the foggiest idea if and when I will get the goods I paid for.

As with all International orders we are unable to give an estimated delivery date. We do advise on our website on the delivery information page (www.bellsshoes.co.uk) that International Tracked order delivery time is estimated to be 4-28 working days. Fast shipping but the shoes arrived in a cheap paper wrapping, no padding whatsoever. The shoe box was dented and the actual shoes came with a broken figurine. Return shipping is far too expensive so I unfortunately have to keep these faulty shoes

Hi Kristine. We are so very sorry to hear that your Irregular Choice shoes arrived in a broken condition. We understand how disappointing this must have been for you & we would never leave anyone in this helpless situation. I have sent a direct email to you which contains a UPS returns label to enable you to return the shoes to us free of charge for a full refund.

The shoes stoves with scuffs on the bottom of the shoes, as if the shoes had already been worn. They also had black marks on sides of both shoes. I took pictures of the shoes on the day they arrived and have yet to retetutn the shoes due to being ill.

Hello Narinder. We are very sorry that you received the shoes in this condition. We quality check all of our items before dispatch, although with the Ravel brand, these are sent out directly from Ravel once the order is placed with us. This means that we were unable to give the shoes the thorough quality checking that they would have received from us. We have emailed you directly with return instructions to ensure the sale is closed with a positive outcome.

Hello Mrs Sadler. We are terribly sorry that you were not happy with the service you received from us. I can assure you that customer service is our top priority. We had an issue on this occasion with the Collect+ delivery being returned to us as undelivered by the courier. It is unfortunate that our warehouse thought the parcel had been returned to us by the Collect+ store rather than the courier & a refund was consequently issued to you. Once we were made aware of the true nature of the issue we tried our best to provide a positive aftercare service.

I was satisfied with this company until they told me that they were refusing any further orders from me as I had returned too many of them! I find it incredible that an organisation does not understand that a customer may need to return soemthing if it does not fit - and that is highly likely with shoes.
