Hi I am the same as jo below - ordered a pair of slippers on 11.12 advised on 14.12 they were delayed by a few days and it’s Christmas Eve and my present still hasn’t arrived ??! I emailed them 3days ago and no response ! Not a happy customer !!! When will I get my slippers that I have already paid for on Amazonpay ???

Ordered a pair of slippers in the 5/12/20 #69588, had an email they would be delivered w/c 14th. Still yet to receive my order and it is now 22/12. Email sent, however no response. Where is my order? Please advise!

I bought a lovely pair of sheepskin slippers in November..which were delivered on time. I then placed an additional order at the beginning of December for slippers for my family for XMAS. These were on a preorder...with delivery before Christmas. I did get email saying that my order had been delayed - then nothing..no update or responses to further email. I am presuming that the company is having issues dealing with the seasonal demand, after furloughing a lot of their staff.....however, they are still taking orders..and clearly not fulfilling any that have been placed. Come on Redfoot - judging by the comments - you will be disappointed lots of people who will not be getting their Xmas presents on time - including all my family :-( :-(

Ordered 2 pairs of slippers as a Christmas present 2weeks ago and paid for shipment and have heard nothing from the company, emailed and tried ringing but nothing! At least have the decency to let me know if I'm not getting my items so I can sort others out. One not happy customer 😒

I ordered 2 pairs of slippers on Dec 1st and paid via Amazon pay, i was then sent an order dispatched email on the 11th with tracking details, delivery to be made via Amazon. Amazon have since cancelled the tracking details saying they didn’t receive the shipment from the seller. I have paid £4.50 for the shipment too! I have emailed, phoned, contacted via social media channels and no communication from Redfoot at all. I understand things can go wrong or get delayed but no communication at all is not acceptable. Very frustrated customer

Ordered some slippers on 29th November so all the family can have new ones for Christmas. Had to pay a delivery charge. Still not had them, sent an email to their customer support team, received a reply saying thanks for reaching out to us someone will contact you shortly. Had a text two days later which doesn't support any replies saying they will be despatched 23rd December so not holding out a great deal of hope for them to arrive for Christmas! Today received more emails advertising sheepskin slippers for Christmas gifts! Why, they obviously can't have them in stock? Not impressed. Poor customer service/delivery in my opinion.

These people are rogues of the first order. My wife ordered slippers on Nov 20th. They hadn’t turned up after 10 days and the company failed to respond to emails asking where they were. Their phone number has a message saying they’re not taking calls. So we called AmEx to cancel the charge which they did. This obviously spurred these rogues into action, and they sent an email yesterday saying the slippers were on their way - we replied immediately that we no longer wanted them as we’d bought elsewhere. They arrived today and now we have to pay to send them back ! Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company unless you’re prepared for disappointment and hassle.

To Redfoot, I received Alfie Brogue boots last Friday but unfortunately even referring at the Shoe Size Chart in the Redfoot website the boots is too large for my husband which was a gift. I sent an email but yet no reply I need to exchange it and it's not my fault so incurring charges for postage is unacceptable. This was my first time ordering a Redfoot shoe yet no response that's poor customer service. I believe you take customer feedback important so kindly get back to me. Thank you.

I purchased these shoes in July 2016, I really loved the look and slim fit style compared to other ladies dolly shoes I had seen. They arrived and I tried them and fell in love with them, they were very comfy! but I didn't wear them straight away, they remained in the box until Summer 2017. After wearing the Blue and Black pair a few times they've broken, both at occasions unfortunately resulting in me having to go home because of a broken pair of sandals. I'm gutted. They didn't last long at all and quite disappointed as they've not been worn more than 10 times each.

Haven't received the shoes,the courier attempted to deliver them three times,all mid morning and left no number on the card to contact him.When I contacted Hermes they told me they couldn't give out a couriers number so the shoes were going back to the seller. Not redfoots fault but bottom line is I paid for shoes that I don't have.

We do apologise that you were sent the incorrect size shoes, however as we have explained to you, it clearly states in our terms and conditions, which you agree to when you place an order, that we can only accept products back in the state they were purchased in. The fact that we mistakenly sent the incorrect size does not void this agreement, If this error had been brought to our attention before the shoes were worn, we could have immediately resolved the issue for you. I understand that you did not realise the shoes were the wrong size until you had been wearing them over the course of a few weeks, but by wearing the shoes outdoors you are deemed to have accepted the order. Our offer still stands for the 20% off your next order as we do understand your frustration, unfortunately, this is all we can offer you as we must follow our company policy. Again, we really do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Ordered Birkenstock Madrid and was sent men’s instead of women’s. In the US and there is no way for me to return for less than $150.

Not impressed. The shoes did not fit and the suede was marked so I requested a return. Red foot then charged me for the return postage. Learnt my lesson I will shop at Amazon or Clark’s where customers can return sub standard items and not be charged for the privilege. Avoid

Delivery was quick but shoes were too tight. Returned over a week ago. Still waiting for refund.

Still not received the sandals we ordered, although we believe the problem is your delivery service, we feel it is your responsibility to make sure the item gets to the customer.
