“The shoes sent were TWO sizes larger than the size I ordered. I received a refund at once.”

“My only complaint was that i had submited a different delivery address from my home address when i set up my account. My shoes were delivered to my home address which i did not want. i was was very satisfied with the shoes and the free pen was a bonus.”

“I can write a review of 5 for the rapid response to my order. However, when I indicated that my address was in the USA, not in UK, I have not as yet received a reply. i would be happy to pay for shipping but am waiting for a response.”
