“Shoes were great but 1 pair was small- the return would have cost 39.00 in shipping- almost the cost of the shoes.... So I had to keep them and hope I can recover the money. Ordered another smaller pair from somewhere else that offered free returns.”

“The delivery was very quick and the product competitively priced. Sadly the product arrived damaged so had to be returned which was a great disappointment. Returns were however free.”

“Arrived in a very short time and great and easy to get online. When I opened them, I realized that the 2 shoes are somewhat different in color. My best guess is that one of the shoes was in a window display and thus was in the sun. A little disappointed with this and wish this was disclosed when I purchased them as I would not have bought them.”

“Not super clear on why Birkenstock women's shoes were so cheap. Should have made it clear that the whole shoe was one piece of plastic and therefore much, much lower quality to the version Birkenstock are famous for”

“My Birkenstock clogs arrived very quickly, but unfortunately on unpacking them it became clear they were two different sizes. I returned them with the prepaid label. I had asked if I could exchange them for a matched in size pair and was sent an e mail to say that this would happen when my original clogs were received back. I was therefore very surprised to receive another e mail telling me my money had been refunded and I would have to do another order.”
