I went through a frightening experience with malware and Trojan problem. This service is excellent. The technician resolved all problems in a way which was explained to me. I can recommend this support system to all who are experiencing malware and threats.

Initially, I had thought the service expensive but after two annual clean-ups, I have found the service worth it and Mariellane, the service rep, was excellent.

The lady who assisted me in getting the computer up and running is very knowledgeable and helpful and personable. She spent an inordinate amount of time and patience. It was a pleasure having her assist me with my problem.

Right from the start I was very nervous, but as time went by I found out the communication with all three agents were quite smooth, clear to understand, and not being rushed. I am very relaxed by the overall experience. Thanks so much. Now I can worryfree about my pc, knowing it is in great hands.

It was comforting to have my problems sorted online and not having to physically drag my computer into the city to be sorted , I have used re image fora few years now for sorting widows problems but this is a step further and all programs sorted I thought the price was high initially but when I balanced it with the options found it to be value Thankyou. I was extremely worried to lean that my computer had lots of errors and indeed was plagued with a dangerous Trojan. Reimage has set me up with McAfee and has cleaned my laptop. This took many hours but your technician Airha L. has been very helpful and I hope that all is now resolved much to my relief. I thought that the price was rather high but she had a lot to do so it was worth it if I do not have any more trouble.

The customer service was outstanding, saved me a lot of time from not having to take my computer somewhere and leaving it there for days. The price was a bit high but worth it in time saved. Delivery was great.
