“Reimage was able to scan my computer and do a few repairs but I have not spoken with anyone at this company before. When I was looking for help with my PC; I was having all kinds of problems so I decided to pay to get some help. I was never told that my License would expire and I would have to pay again. After reading many reviews, I decided that it sounds like they dealt with a real person to ask questions etc. I refuse to pay another fee for this service since I did not receive half of the service your other clients did. If you cancel my service with your company because of non-payment; I will be sure to pass the word with my acquaintances and relatives because I feel I did not receive the same service others did.”
