“I found the people I dealt with to be polite, professional and very knowledgeable. As I am not particularly handy with computers. in some instances I have been made to feel somewhat demeaned. With these folks, I did not. They respected my level of understanding and readily educated me as they could. I was very comfortable with them. I thought the price was a stretch, but cheaper than a new machine.”
