I started with a dead machine with a black screen which rebooted to blue. Jay worked on it for hours and rebuilt the machine I originally had. Great work and good value.

Very time consuming process not sure if my problem was resolved I only have the companies word on that. I was told that the cost to have a technician was $120 (I live in Australia) but was charged $$187.33 I now realise that would be US. That fact should have been communicated to me and I'm not happy.

well if this is your idea of a joke go waste somebody's else time you will not force me to buy your programme until I have proof that it works. If you are giving a free trial you are giving a free trial

The service from Reimage is really great. My PC was blocked and we spend with service chat and at remote desktop a few hours to solve the problem. I recommend such a service for each customer, as well as for every company that really care about their clients. Thank you Reimage. Good job

I had several problems with my computer. The price for the repair was reasonable. It took awhile to correct but they got it done. I am not computer savvy and were patient with me. I would use Reimage again.
