“I wish to express my admiration concerning the Technician that unraveled the SNAFU enveloping my computer. I informed the Technician of the gremlins living inside of it. Apparently, Rafael M. has dealt with them before. After his magic touch, my computer spit out the residue of hackers and ultra-slow performance. When I turned it on, I thought I was back in the store with a brand new computer. I can only hope I can be lucky enough to admire his expertise the next time my computer goes Kaput. Thank you again, Rafael.”
