“They understood my problem and sort the proper solution in a matter of fact way. They explain and pointed out everything that was harming my computer and constantly ask if I understood or had questions. They were very detailed from the type of service needed to the cost .”

“Excellent technical support deserves 5 stars, but I was disappointed that the call booked for 6.00pm PST did not come and I had to call Reimage at 6.25pm to initiate the session.”

“Thank you for making the computer run so much smoother. I had a trojan horse and a large number of other problems since it hadn't been serviced in more than two years. It took over two hours to scan and correct all the issues and I'm delighted with the result.”

“This reimage virus repair solution is absolutley fantastic. I had a trojan virus, various other items that I could not clean up. Within 2 hrs the support on-line was fantastic. Was able to link my laptop to them remotely and took on the task for fast. I honestly recommend reimage at anytime. I wouls also consider taking 12 month subscription service for added protection. Highly recommened!!!!”

“They kept sending the message that something is wrong with my computer. The message pops up and whatever you are doing when you click the X on the message it takes you out of whatever you were doing. I got the message so often I wondered if it was from Microsoft as the message just says this site etc. So unfortunately, I downloaded it then I could see it was not from Microsoft so I deleted it. I get a message that popped up while I was deleting it asking why I was deleting Reimage Repair. I explained adding that the message that they were sending was annoying as they were popping up every 10 to 20 minutes. I have always had popups blocked but they are able to bypass that. No sooner had the Reimage Repair been deleted, they sent that message again and again and again last night one right after the other. In there popup asking why they stated they would not send any more messages. So as far as I am concerned they are being unprofessional by doing that! Why would they send 3 in a row? Then of course tonight I just got 2 in a row. So, no I woud never recommenc this company to anyone ever.”

Our Reimage Real-Time Protection is a feature that would let our users be reminded to run the repair whenever possible issues are found to ensure that the computer is working at its best. Also, it should not be in any way to disrupt your PC usage. We usually encourage our customers to contact us if the software may not have been behaving as expected, and we would be glad to assist right away. However, rest assured that this feature is only included when Reimage has been installed. If Reimage has been uninstalled but the same notification has been appearing, the program may not have been completely or successfully uninstalled. We would be happy to look into your concern.
