“I hade received a call from someone claiming to be from Restoro wanting to access my computer - I called you guys and Eunice was very helpful in informing me that contact is not made in this form and she cleaned up my computer and remove software installed by the caller. I appreciate your service and informing me how the system works.”

“I found Rex to be extraordinarily polite, patient and skilled in sorting the problems I was experiencing with my computer and printer. I found talking to him a delight bearing in mind my age of 86 years and current physical disabilities and understanding the current stress and worry I was under living alone such that my computer is my only companion and source of information and world events. Thankyou Rex for a most enjoyable and resourceful session. You are a credit to your company. Kindest regards Ronald Victor Lax.”

“Excellent customer service received today from Marlan. I had a charge on my account that was an oversight because I upgraded the service. He was also able to get my Reimage software running again. Very happy with the service I received today.”

“They were able to restore my computer and web browsing experience to very quick and "bug-free" I think the cost is reasonable, but not the very low fee advertised, be prepared to be "upsold"”
