“I ran the system required as it appeared on my screen. I paid $42 for it and nothing has changed on my computer. When I go to the main screen, I still have that non-removable warning. Disappointing and now I don't know what to do.”

“My computer was a "mess"- even more than I realized. The help was much appreciated-expensive but worth it. Everyone was patient with me as I'm 80 years old , live In an area where closest help is 30mile away, have health issues so can't just pack up everything and take it to town.”
