“This session was handled with high quality and professionalism. However, I had called at the end of last week some time and there were no representatives available so I did leave my name and number. I'm sorry to say I never got a call back. So I decided to try again, and this time all worked well as I did not leave my name and number, but was connected in due time. Manuel T. was an excellent technician and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks so much.”

“Reimage has saved me so many times. I love how they will work with you until you are satisfied. I paid for 3 years and what I paid would have only covered 2 or 3 other calls elsewhere. I like the fact that you can get maintenance done monthly if you like. All the customer service people have been very polite (even when I ask them to repeat something.) Couldn't ask for better service”

“A very polite, kind technician named John helped me with my problem. He stuck with the problem until he solved it and was very patient helping me access the screens I needed. I am an old lady and don't understand a lot of this new technology so his patience was very much appreciated.”

“Reimage service was very fast, cordial and quite professional. I know virtually nothing about the technical aspects of computers and theie potential difficulties, but the people of Reimage simply took over, solved the problem relatively quickly and kept me informed. Hooray for them!!”

“I ran the system required as it appeared on my screen. I paid $42 for it and nothing has changed on my computer. When I go to the main screen, I still have that non-removable warning. Disappointing and now I don't know what to do.”
