“My computer was slow, it would freeze up or lose what was on screen. Reimage made everything work great again. Manuel T. was very helpful and explained everything he was doing so that I had no problem understanding what he was doing to fix my problems. It is really nice to have all working so good.”

“I was having problems with Windows not being able to update. (There were a few other concerns, but Windows was my major problem.) The tech was great to work with and explained what needed to be done to alleviate the problems. I am giving him 5 stars because he was great! And now my computer is also great! “Shortcuts didn't work so called to fix. Reimage did an easy fix then spent the time to scan my computer for malware or viruses. The technician called me when she was done and stayed on the line while I checked to make sure everything was working. I was 110% satisfied!”

“This review primarily involves John U. He had to work for hours to redo and update my computer and add the Cyberghost. It was literally hours and still another 1/2 hour this am. He always kept me notified of what he was doing and allowed the various screens to rotate on my computer so I could see some of the technical issues he was dealing with. He was friendly and dealt with my hearing and/or understanding issues with great aplomb. He restored my confidence in Reimage. ler”
