im very happy with this application it helps alot the only thing i dont like is when i reinstall my Windows the key doesnt work and i have to call them and tell them whats happening. the best thing would be if i could just log in with my email and the key instead of calling them and letting them know whats happening.

My computer was closing own or not working efficiently. I was nervous that I had a hidden virus. I believe Reimage has sorted these problems efficiently and quickly. Both Michael T. and Ydron have been most helpful and efficient.

I was ready to buy a new computer. Found a company named Reimage. Employees Melody D. and Reden T. were fantastic. They were able to fix the many errors and get it working like new. I entered into a 2 year agreement and feel more relaxed that there is someone there to fix any future problems. I can sleep tonight knowing my computer is now secure!

I am very pleased with the work Reimage did on my computer. I was not receiving my email and they stayed with me for a long time(hours) troubleshooting my machine until they solved the problem. I am very pleased. The set up a next day appointment and the technician called me exactly on time and went threw my email until the email was working perfectly.

Whenever I ask a question, the first response is very quick. Signing up for a VIP account was the best investment I ever made. Even though some of the easy questions are answered very quickly, and if I do not know (with regards to the modern Win 10 I am semi-literate) what to do because I am bewildered, they walk me always through the exact steps I have to take without losing their patience. Sometimes, I had really extremely challenging problems such as upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10, the advanced tech support really knew all the tricks in the book to walk me patiently through the actions I had to take. As an example, the upgrade did not work without destroying my installed programs, and the tech support tried its best to save everything. When that did not work, they started a custom program that only reformatted the C: partition and kept the other partitions intact. I was elated because I had saved all of the installation programs after I bought them on the other partition (D:) and can now gradually re-install them. Bottom line: The investment into the VIP program is the best one ever because now I can concentrate on my work and can rely on assistance from the outstanding crew at ReImage.com

Tried free version with product key. It ran the scan and then listed what it found. When I hit repair all, it asked for product key again but said invalid key. I tried getting a new key and it ran the scan again with the same results but wanted another key to repair. It's just a cycle with no results.
