“I am impressed with their VIP service and all major and minor problems have been fixed - including several sessions that lasted many hours after I had been attacked by vicious viruses. Anyone who wants personal attention with very short wait times should spend the money to remove their computer headaches.”

“The tech was informative as the process went along and also was expedient. The only problem I had was that initially at the beginning I was a little confused on where to direct my attention so I could follow the text sent me from her. Other than that small snafu, it went well.”

“My Windows 10 Desktop was hacked and cannot get opening screen. Virus and other threats were damaged... passwords missing, etc. It is still not right. My cellphone also corrupted and Facebook profile photo erased. It has been 3 weeks that I have ben dealing with this”
