“First agent told me that I had to take my PC to a systems engineer to update drivers, remove a trojan virus and install an advanced firewall. Listed Best Buy as nearest location with a $450 charge. At the end of the call he mentioned an in-house support service for $200. I used it and my problem was solved. (The solution was the free program "Adware Removal Tool"). The 2nd support technician was very helpful and considerate. I just wish the first contact had told me to use "Adware Removal Tool" myself.”
