“Alberto fixed any concerns I had. Original service rep quoted computer was a mess & it would take 2/3 hours to repair. Also offered McAfee Antivirus @ 155.00 Cdn. When Albert called back WITHIN THE HOUR I asked if the McAfee antivirus was Installed....he indicated No & proceeded to instal. IHe did a Great job. All in all I feel manipulated by your company. Restor approached me with a message offering a 1 time repair for $ 34.95. I tried to upgrade to coverage for a year....your website wouldn't change from $34.95 I call the 1 877 # to have tec start the upgrade & he sells me the WHOLE BALL OF WAX $155.00 Cdn/crediting $34.95 offering the McAfee Antivirus (which he DID NOT INSTALL ) until Alberto called me back to say the computer was fixed (within the hour). I asked Alberto if McAfee was installed (as promised) NOT So he installed it. McAfee has just contacted me to say I am not fully protected.....Whats up with that? Alberto had just INSTALLED this 20 Minutes ago. In future I shall ignore ANY requests from RESTOR. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been HOOKED. Alberto did sort it out the best he could. I felt pressured by the first tec & will know better in the future. AMEN”
