“When I called to renew my service plan, the representative was polite, well informed, responsive and gave me options of upgrade plans. I selected on after her help. Then she went through some authorizations and explained each step she was taking to do so. She then was able to have the system engineer get on remotely to work on all of my issues. About an hour, all was upgraded, secure and speedy response. Thank you Reimage.”

“I was in a pickle with my computer not being able to function properly and using Reimage they were able to find files and other things that were lost and they did it for a great price and in a timely manner with no worries while I was not able to be at the computer the whole time. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them again.”
