“Driver was needed to be installed for new PC to connect printer. Icon provided and connection directly to Emails. Agent is very courteous and knows his stuff.”

“today my computer was a complete mess..... I had lost all my files and pictures and tried to retrieve them from Carbonite and it took several hours but I still could not see any of my files or photos.... several applications were missing and the only thing that was working was the internet connection. So I got out my wife's computer which hadn't been used for a couple years. It seemed to be very slow and after working on Word Perfect documents it started to have problems... that's when I tried the tried the restore program.... Well, when they scanned the system it was filled with errors.... Now both computers are working fine and all my files have been restored and also all my photos.... I can't thank your technicians enough... Alvin R and Ajay C a great job restoring both systems. 5 stars for all they did.... I am a very happy customer.... thanks, Carl Malmquist.”
