“ron was wonderful...i was all jammed up and could not scan .. ron found the issue and it was complex ..he had to reload the original print files and than set up the scanner from scratch ...i could of never figured this out .. ron is a computer geniess..he is polite and very knowledgeable and im so greatful for his expertise ...prior to ron i also had diona help me with another issue that pertained to a form for covid 19 ....what a team of profetionals ...ive been a costomer with REIMAGE for two plus years and im so greatful for there 24/7 avalibility ..... great company ....great team ....THANKYOU REIMAGE”

“My AOL crashed and due to the covid 19 virus I could not get my normal guy to come out and fix it. As a result I contacted Reimage and they handled everything. I am back in business. I felt lost without my computer.”

“really helpful team , it took 8 hrs to clean and remove viruses off my comp , they kept in touch with me throughout the procedure really happy with what they have done , price was more then i could afford but the lady i first spoke with worked out a way i could pay without it costing me a lot off money in one go which i really did appreciate . So overall really happy with the service received today , thank you”
