“I signed up for this service today not sure how it would work out. I am so happy that I did. I got help from a technician who was not only knowledgeable but very patient and understanding. He helped me with cleaning up my computer, and reconnecting me with my printer (I haven't been able to use it for many months). I'm glad to know I can have my computer checked monthly to prevent any problems. Thank you so much for all the help. I'm a happy customer.”

“I have an old PC which has now been cleared of virus's and is now properly protected and able to run the latest software. The team worked very hard for some time, as my PC needed cleaning and upgrading. I've added the latest security software and its saved me investing in a complete refresh of hardware etc. And they're real helpful too. A great company!”

“I had a problem with my McAfee protection, mostly caused by a misunderstanding on my part, but Arianne who I chatted with remotely solved my problems and reinstalled the McAfee as per my contract. She was very helpfull”

“The first clearing process failed. Thankfully the second procedure was dealt with very carefully and kept me informed. My computer has now been cleared of viruses and 4 other problems dealt with successfully. I am very grateful to the person who dealt with the problems so well.”

“The first cleaning process did not appear to have dealt with all the problems. It was done overnight here in the u.k. I slept for a coupe of hours and found the message 'no bootable device' So switched the computer off and tried again to have it sorted. The 2nd process was done very carefully and very well by Maxine and I am grateful to her for being so helpful in helping me through the process.”
