Mein Einwand wurde sofort sachlich geprüft und mir wurde ein akzeptabler Vorschlag unterbreitet. Meine Lizenz wurde auf Grund der Doppelzahlung um mein weiteres Jahr verlängert, womit ich einverstanden war. Ich danke James T. für den konstruktiven Chat.”
