I was very upset and worried when I found out my computer had a virus. The agents were very helpful and patient and took care of everything for me. I would reccomend!

I had my computer cleaned. It was in bad shape from the virus; ect. The people were very friendly and did a very good job.

After contacting Reimage, they completly removed ALL the adware, spyware and trojens etc. from my Machine. All I can say is WELL DONE REIMAGE

I had some problems with my computers and contacted Reinage and spoke with a technical support engineer who took over my machine and completely has bought my machine back performance wise to like the day I bought it. WELL DONE REIMAGE.

After having my pc updated by restoro, I had a minor problem with remembering what passwords were in use. Because this caused me great difficulty I asked your agent to help me with this. He did so with grace and kindness. He helped me most efficiently. Thank you. Patricia papaycik

The customer service rep Rafael was quite informative & professional. He brought issues going on with my PC that I was not aware of. I was then put in touch with technician Cindy who got my PC back in shape in a timely manner. The best part is it was all done without having to disconnect anything and go anywhere. Awesome service.
