The gal who took my call was helpful and had more patience than I deserve. She was thoughtful and very concise in her directions which I appreciate. I a 85 and do not always get her kindness. They were very thorough in their repair of my computer.Ihad malware take over my computer and Reimage talked me through step by step and then cleaned up my entire computer in relively short time.Customer service was very pleasant and transferred me to tech support.I think their service is great!
