From a technology dunce (with notoriously "fat fingers" that constantly strike the wrong keys) who is also easily confused. I cannot find a superlative sufficient to describe the patience, knowledge and efficiency of your staff with whom I have come in contact (especially the patience). Two examples (there are others): I messed up trying to renew my subscription and wound up with two! My call to Customer Service solved it in a jiffy AND noticed a deeper problem on my computer. I was patched through to Technical Support, which fixed it (seemingly) instantly. Then I realized that, while I had carefully saved every communication from you throughout our first year "together", I had managed to lose the one that provided my new License Key number. Not one of your staff laughed at me...just provided the correct one. I use the computer with confidence, knowing Reimage is ready and willing to pull my fat out of the fire.

Hello, It is an extremely rare occasion that product would cause a machine to crash, if it does we usually owe it to the consistency of the internet connection at the point of repair. Intermittent connection to our repository can post challenges when replacing defective OS files. We are glad to learn that all is well for our computer now. Maverick was very patient and worked with me until we got the program working. I was upset about how long it took me to get to talk to someone that could actually help me. I felt like I was just being transferred from one person to another until I finally was able to talk with Maverick. He did a good job.
