“Tried free version with product key. It ran the scan and then listed what it found. When I hit repair all, it asked for product key again but said invalid key. I tried getting a new key and it ran the scan again with the same results but wanted another key to repair. It's just a cycle with no results.”

“I am impressed with their VIP service and all major and minor problems have been fixed - including several sessions that lasted many hours after I had been attacked by vicious viruses. Anyone who wants personal attention with very short wait times should spend the money to remove their computer headaches.”
