“Fast solution but pretty high price for what they do. I like how it came with a subscription and they had a promo. Pc runs much faster now but there is some notable lag for certain programs. Sadly, their services don't cover other devices except for McAfee services. (I.E. if you have another PC with issues and bugs, they cannot service that). Please read the service package carefully as some employees may inflate their services (Support said 5 devices but in reality it was just 3).”

“Both Maverick and Raymond did an excellent job in answering my questions about Windows 7 and then Raymond went through my computer and deleted items that I didn't need. I have used their support several times and have been pleased with their knowledge. I don't remember how much I paid in the beginning but so far it has been worth every penny.”
