“I was in desperate need of assistance to rid my new laptop of what I came to find out were numerous viruses, and instances of malware, adware, etc. The technician, Boaz B., who assisted me with the initial call was very knowledgeable, informative and communicated clearly with me each step of the way so that I understood exactly what she was doing. It was after she ran a remote scan of my laptop that the Trojan and other viruses were discovered. She determined that I needed an engineer to completely clean up my laptop. Long story short, Arjay S. was the engineer assigned to me. He was also very knowledgeable and clearly communicated with me via LogMeIn as to what he was doing. The whole experience took a couple of hours from start to finish, and pretty painless. I was able to some chores while he worked on my laptop. Thanks to Arjay, my laptop is clean, my new app installed and I am now a VIP customer. For what I might have had to pay someone locally, or to send my laptop away to be repaired, I gladly paid for 3 years coverage without having to worry about future issues. They saved my laptop and my sanity. I can't thank them enough.”

“Service was performed by very patient individuals who are clearly experienced in working with people with little or no experience or background in computing, The questions were clear, repeated as often as necessary, and pertinent. The telephone voices were clear and easily understood. Suggestions were made in a helpful rather than a threatening way, and the price is certainly reasonable for what was provided”

“Techs were apparently very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issues. At first, I had difficulty understanding the first rep -- Ella, I believe. Not a native English speaker, I believe, but not her fault, but she needs to speak slowly and distinctly. Then I was passed to three other techs before Arjay finally got control. After he became involved the repair went smoothly.”
