“I contacted Reimage at 4:00am and was happy to be able to talk with someone immediately. They were very responsive and my laptop was fixed within a few hours. I appreciate that I did not have to leave my home in these restricted days and the convenience of getting this computer help online while being able to talk with live people on the phone at all hours.”

“I think you should advertise the personal assistance more. After retiring I lost all connection to local computer expertise. I'll be sure to use this periodically as I think needed. I'm thinking once every 4 months. I'm very pleased with the assistance and would recommend it to others.”
