“Eunice saved my life. I had been totally hacked and they cleaned out my bank account. Now they don't have access to my accounts and I have better than average security watching out for me. She communicated with me during the process which was comforting. Gotta go, I have many passwords to”

“Everyone was very prompt and helpful. The price was a little steep but I was surprised when the project took less than 3 hours to resolve. I was expecting 8 to 10 hours. I'll reserve my comments on the last two items pending the need for follow-up service calls.”

“All the people that one contact at reimage are extremely helpful including Jay V who worked on my computer today. However technicians not ringing back when an appointment has been made is not so good. Nor the time it takes to make contact.”

“THE PROGRAM SAYS MY LICENSE IS EXPIRED BUT I RENEWED ON MAY 4TH 2020 FOR 1 LICENSE AND I CANT FIND THE LICENSE. MAYBE I WILL CANCEL THE PROGRAM.”

“Reinlyn came to my rescue. My cpu is now free of all the problems that "hackers" or whomever were able to put my cpu in ComputerHell! It is a shame that there are folks that use their skills for evil. I am glad that Reinlyn got me back on track. As a 75 yr. old, on a fixed income, I was not prepared for this, but I am thankful for the expertise that I lack was available and all repairs could be done remotely without having to pack up my computer and travel for repair, or worse yet, have to leave my computer somewhere to be repaired! “Pros: Allows for a manual fix of the "problems" it found. Cons: 1) Four problems found, all innocuous. One was a valuable utility I definitely do not want removed. 2) Performs all its scans (time consuming) upon startup of the program. 3) Waits until after time consuming scans are run before hitting you with the $ bill for "repair" that would have robbed me of a valuable piece of software. 4) Leaves itself installed with no instructions on how to remove it, nor did it warn of this nor offer an option to avoid it. 5) Requires my email address to post this review. A method of avoiding negative reviews. Strongly advise avoiding this product.”
