“I am very happy with the service I received today by both Roman and Arjay. They made it as easy as they could for me to understand what they were doing and why they were doing it. I am not as literate in the IT department as I'd like to be. They were made aware of this, and spoke to me in a "language" I could understand. I pray everything will be work just fine now that my laptop issues have been resolved. Thank you!”

“I tried to call several times. No connection. I did write several emails. No answer. My Laptop is still not working well. Paid $300 for ths dissapointing performance. Refund policies are not to fulfill for a normal guy like me.”
