“I am pleased with the clean up of my Desk Top & now my Laptop No outstanding problems There was the initial problem when I had to wait 10 hours before I received a response after I used the VIP Hot Line number This was explained as the COVID 19 Pandemic affecting your resources which is understandable but frustrating as a VIP customer”
