“I was in the process of ordering Reimage on-line and was having problems. I called the number listed on the website and talked to a technician named Jorie. She sent considerable time looking at my computer. Found out I had severe problems that she could not handle. Was turned over to a Systems Engineer who fixed everything wrong. Did take several hours but I will rest easier now.”

“Everything went great. my computer was really out of wack. the tech was really patient with me. I really appreciate the time she took with me. She really did a great job. my computer runs great now.
