“Hello, I just got done working with Albert related to come computer issue we were having. I found Albert to be very knowledgeable, friendly. I believe out computer issues were resolved. He explained things very clearly. He did mention that the extra $50 dollars could be used to pay for the Reimage annual fee. If this is possible I would like it to be transferred. My understanding is that my renewal date is March 12, 2020. Thank you for you cooperation.”
