“The product "Reimage Mac - 1 License, 1 Year" did not clean my computer's malware after three failed attempts. I then called the 800 number for service support, and the ensuing diagnosis, after taking over my computer with my permission< supposedly "found" the issue by the support person who tried to bully me into purchasing a much more expense product "guaranteed" to work. I feel that as a customer I was duped into a "bait and switch" situation in an almost threatening manner requiring an additional several hundred dollars investment. I wish to receive a refund of my subscription.”
