“The technicians were very thorough and knowledgeable. They were unable to resolve my Blue Screen of Death problem so I was partially refunded for the cost. I recommend them for problems less serious than BSOD.”

“When popups indicating I had a problem met with my concern. I immediately clicked on the Reimage link. I was connected to Gene who, with his confidence and expertise waylaid my fears of being involved in an online scam to separate me from my personal information. When I became relaxed with the guidance Gene walked me through, I was satisfied all was going to be okay. After setting up by subscription I was handed of to my Cyber Security Expert Cindy P. Amazing the performance, knowledge and concern for my issues. Way to go Gene and Cindy. My problems are rectified, my concerns alleviated and my response to your team, ""well done". You have my business in the future also.”
