“I was having a big problem with Norton's because it kept trying to remove Reimage from my computer. If I had to choose between keeping Norton's or keeping Reimage, I would choose the latter. I am certainly not going to renew my Norton's license when it expires. I have too many problems with that program and I hardy ever use it. When I have a problem, I immediately use Reimage to fix my computer. Windows has a built-in anti-virus program and I think it does a good job without the hassle of dealing with Norton's. This time when I asked Reimage for help, I ended up with Kevin helping me. He was WONDERFUL! He spent almost an hour fixing my computer so that Norton's would not interfere with Reimage. My computer kept crashing as all this was going on which did not make his life easier I am sure. Since I have been using Reimage, my computer has been working so much better. Very few crashes, for example. The ones I was experiencing today were caused by Norton's attempts to remove Reimage probably. Once Reimage was able to do its job properly, there were no more crashes.”

“Kevin fixed my computer so that Nortons would not try to remove my Reimage program. It took him a little while but he was patient with me. This was the most impressive repair work on a computer that I have ever seen. It rates about a 15 out of 10. I hope that if I ever have another problem, I end up with Kevin to help me again.”

“I messed up my computer. I added a program and it messed up my Reimage and some other programs but Your technical staff fixed everything for me. Very nice and they know what they are doing. It is nice to pick up the phone and call people and then type back and forth while they do their job. Again thank you and for sure 5 stars.”
