“Very helpful. Denise C. was very patient with my lack of computer knowledge. I have no training with computers and don't do any extensive work on them. The price for working on my computer was less than taking it in to Best Buy to computer Geeks. Much more convenient sitting at home at my desk. Working with Jelvy Z. was easy and clear cut. Instructions were easy to follow.”

“Computer was "fixed" by reimage a number of days ago. Today I tried to get to a site from my favorites. I was unable to do it. I called Reimage. After quite some time I am now able to get to the site.”
