“I was happy that the tech could resolve my "bug" issues and help my computer to run more quickly again. I was happy it could be done without sending my computer to service and how quickly it was accomplished. Thank you.”

“Well they did a great job and were very helpful and I liked they explained everything to me after finishing my problem. I have to omit I was very scared doing this I don't like strangers in my computer I hear a lot of stories that it is not a good idea. To bad the warranty is not for a month instead of seven days. But thank you very much for helping me.”
