“were very accommodating and answered my questions. I am not the smartest person on a computer, and they were all very patient with me. people I talked to had a hard time understanding them, but they were very kind to explain and talk slower so I could understand. was very afraid of this being a scam, but still hope it is the truth.”

“Thank you so much for fixing my computer issue! I was a bit hesitant to download your repair program and to then sign up for the repair. When the scan and repair didn't resolve my issue, I notified you guys and was able to go immediately into a chat with a great tech. You went above and beyond to make sure that our issue was resolved. “From the first person that I spoke with on the phone, Angel O to Jay V my experience has been an ease. The process was not complicated. The communication was very open and I was able to stay in touch with technician throughout the entire process. “My laptop has been very slow and frequently presented technical problems. Ruel worked tirelessly on it for hours and kept me informed throughout. He was very polite and understanding. It took me several days and phone calls to different numbers before someone answered, which made me very frustrated. I know COVID 19 has caused staffing problems but a message should have be left on the phone systems so customers didn't have to waste so much time going through many menus and music to be eventually cut off. However I was so impressed with the technical service that I have taken out the 24/7 Platinum plan with double extension for 3 years unlimited repair with Mcafee antivirus and antihacking tool. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy computing again! I would like to question the cost of £420, which seems more expensive than advertised on the internet”
