“I was very pleased with the initial repair process. I had restarted my computer and some how the desktop was changed with a number of icons missing. I quickly got into a chat mode and tech asked to log into my computer and fix it my desktop. I was most pleased how polite, professional and fast the tech was in helping me.”

“Reimage customer representatives responded to my questions and performed the services that I wanted done. They showed me what to do and also explained the reasons why some of my requests wouldn't be done due to some browsers not supporting what I was requesting. I'm very pleased with the services received.”
