“It was a fairly easy operation and luckily I did nor have to sit glued to the screen throughout the repair process. I have to say that I do not really like conversing by text, I prefer voice discussions but there is a need for use of the screen. Nevertheless, very friendly assistance and so nice to everything back as it should be!”

“This is one of those bait-and-switch deals where they use the magic word 'free' to suck you in, then it turns out that means they give you a list of thousands of temporary files that you can delete manually, and in my case a list of only about 50 registry entries that I could delete if I wanted to. But the app itself displays a big green tantalizing 'fix all items' button that takes you to a purchase page instead of fixing anything! Yeah yeah it's legal enough but it's goddamn insulting to be treated like a mark to be conned. Especially considering tt there must be a thousand utilities out there that will do the same thing for free. My guess is that 95% or more of these reviews are fake, because nobody like these kinds of marketing come-ons that for all practical purposes constitute scams.”

“I had great response from my initial call to talking with the tech supervisor and working with Reinalyn V, my technician, to address the problems with my computer. Reinalyn did a terrific job trouble shooting and logically processing the numerous possible application for problem solving.”
