“so far the customer service and repair work has went smooth and didn't take as long as I thought I would which was good. I hope I fixed whatever my computer needed and Reimage keeps up their end of the subscription. we shall see.”

“An excellent service. very courteous as always. it was a lengthy session but I think that was due to connection problems with reimage. i found it no problem and was happy to wait The cost of VIP service is well worth it because it relieves worries when problems occur. i like the fact that there is an interactive service- excellent product!”
