“My laptop was slow and I didn't know how to fix the problem. I've been using Reimage for several years and they've never failed to fix any problem my computer had. I like the way you're asked if it was alright for the technician to access any part of your computer before they do anything on your computer. Then when the technician is finished and you are satisfied you get a list of everything that was done to your computer. If you aren't satisfied they will continue trying to fix the problem.”
